Position Summary

The Guest Services Agent is the first point of contact for guests and visitors. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and requests, and ensuring a positive guest experience. The ideal candidate will be professional, friendly, and fluent in multiple languages to cater to international guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.

  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, complaints, or requests.

  • Provide accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and facilities.

  • Maintain guest records and update relevant systems accurately.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

  • Handle billing, payments, and ensure accurate financial transactions.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment.

  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluency in English and German is highly preferred; additional languages are an advantage.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations gracefully.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with reservation and property management systems (PMS).

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
