Position Summary
The Guest Services Agent is the first point of contact for guests and visitors. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and requests, and ensuring a positive guest experience. The ideal candidate will be professional, friendly, and fluent in multiple languages to cater to international guests.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.

Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.

Respond promptly to guest inquiries, complaints, or requests.

Provide accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and facilities.

Maintain guest records and update relevant systems accurately.

Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Handle billing, payments, and ensure accurate financial transactions.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment.

Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English and German is highly preferred; additional languages are an advantage.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations gracefully.

Basic computer skills, including familiarity with reservation and property management systems (PMS).
