Position Summary
The General Production Worker is responsible for supporting all aspects of the production process in a manufacturing environment. This includes assembling, processing, packaging, and inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and adherence to safety and operational guidelines.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in the production and assembly of products according to company standards.

Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.

Package and label products accurately for shipment or storage.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production schedules.

Report any production issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.

Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Physical ability to lift and move items up to 20–25 kg.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Punctual, reliable, and willing to work shifts, including evenings or weekends as required.
Work Schedule
